1. About GOATX

GOATX (“GOATX”, “we”, “us”, “the Platform”) is a website at goatx.win where people rank tokens, creators, teams and anything else by paying to back them. By using GOATX or making a payment you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Arenas and entries are created by users for fun and opinion. GOATX is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any person, project, token, team or brand that appears in an arena. Names and handles are used only to identify what is being ranked.

2. Who can use GOATX

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for making sure that using GOATX is lawful where you live. Do not use GOATX if it is not.
• We may restrict access from some countries or regions at any time, without notice.
• You must not use GOATX if you are subject to sanctions, or with funds that are not yours or come from illegal activity.

3. What a back is

• A “back” is a payment to GOATX that adds points to an entry on a board. $1 = 1 point.
• A back is not a bet, wager, stake, deposit, loan, donation to the entry, investment, purchase of a token or security, or a right to any return. Points have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, sold or transferred, and only count for ranking.
• Backers never receive payouts, prizes, refunds, rewards or revenue of any kind from GOATX.
• Adding a new entry starts at $5. A back starts at $1. Whole dollars only.

4. Rounds, battles and ranking

• Each board runs in rounds: daily (ends 00:00 UTC), weekly or monthly, as shown on the arena. Rankings reset each round; all-time totals stay visible.
• Battles have two sides and a fixed end time shown on the page.
• The entry with the most points in a round is #1. Equal points: the entry that reached that total first stays ahead.
• A payment counts when it is confirmed on the Solana blockchain. If it confirms after the round ended, it counts for the round in which you started the payment.
• Our records together with the blockchain decide rankings. Obvious errors may be corrected.

5. Payments

• Payments are made in USDC on the Solana network, only through the payment request GOATX shows you. Each request is unique and valid for a limited time.
• Send the exact amount, of the right token (USDC), on the right network (Solana), using the request we show. Payments in another token, on another network, for a different amount, or without the request may not be credited and may not be recoverable.
• You pay the network fee (a small amount of SOL).
• All payments are final and non-refundable, including when an entry is hidden or removed by moderators, an arena is closed, a round ends, or a result is not what you hoped for. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by us.
• We never ask for your seed phrase or private key. We never hold your wallet. You are responsible for your wallet's security.
• Blockchain networks, wallets and stablecoins are run by third parties and can be slow, unavailable or change. We are not responsible for them.

6. The prize fund and the vote

• When a round or battle ends, 30% of its pool (the amount backed in that round, excluding removed entries) becomes the prize fund, plus anything carried over from earlier rounds.
• When you back, you also vote where the fund goes. Your vote weighs as much as your payment. Options depend on the arena: a Dexscreener boost for the winning token, a donation to the charity shown on the site in #1's name, or carrying the fund to the next round. Most dollars wins; with no votes or a tie, the arena's default applies.
• Boosts are bought by GOATX on Dexscreener, a third party, at its current prices. We buy the packs the fund covers; what is left carries over (or, in a final round or battle, is donated). If a boost cannot be bought — for example the token is inactive or flagged — or if a fund is too small for any pack, the fund carries over or is donated instead.
• Donations go to the charity named on the site. GOATX may change the charity for future rounds.
• The prize fund benefits the winning entry or a charity — never backers. The winning entry (its owner, community or creator) has no right to claim cash. #1 also gets a feature post on @GoatXWin; its top fan gets a crown on the site. These are recognitions, not prizes with monetary value.
• We aim to deliver each prize within 7 days after a round ends and post proof in the Hall of Fame. Delays caused by third parties can happen.

7. Top fans and handles

• The X handle you type at checkout is optional and shown publicly in Top Fans and the Hall of Fame. We do not verify it.
• Do not enter someone else's handle or impersonate anyone. We may remove or change a handle at any time.
• Payments without a handle are shown as an anonymous wallet.

8. Arenas, entries and moderation

• Anyone can propose an arena. We review proposals by hand and may approve, edit or reject them.
• Arenas must be positive (“best”, “favourite”, “GOAT”). Not allowed: anything about minors, adult content, hate, harassment or “worst”-type rankings of people, scams, impersonation, chat or invite links, illegal content.
• Token arenas accept Solana tokens listed on Dexscreener. Listing a token on GOATX is not an endorsement or a recommendation to buy it.
• We may hide, remove, rename, merge or close any arena or entry at our discretion, at any time, without refund. Points of a removed entry are removed with it.
• A person or project shown in an arena can ask to be removed: contact us (see below). Past results stay in the archive.

9. What you must not do

• Manipulate rankings or votes by exploiting bugs, automation or anything other than normal payments.
• Attack, overload, scrape at scale or try to break into the Platform.
• Use GOATX for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, or with stolen funds.
• Break any law or anyone else's rights while using GOATX.

We may block wallets, hide entries or refuse service if we believe these Terms are broken. Payments already made are not refunded.

10. No advice

Nothing on GOATX is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Rankings show what people paid for, not quality, value or safety. Do your own research before buying any token.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• GOATX is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may have errors, delays or downtime.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOATX and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data, tokens or opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform, third-party services, blockchain networks or wallets.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to GOATX in the 30 days before the event that caused the claim.
• You agree to cover any loss or claim against GOATX caused by your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
• Some laws do not allow some of these limits. In that case they apply as far as those laws allow.

12. Questions and disputes

• If a payment did not show up, or you think a result is wrong, contact oleh.goatx@gmail.com within 14 days. Include the transaction link (signature) from your wallet and the page you paid on.
• We check the blockchain and our records and reply as soon as we can. If a confirmed payment was not credited because of our error, we credit it.
• Please contact us first and give us a chance to fix the problem before taking any other step.

13. Privacy

• We store: your wallet address and transaction signatures (they are public on the blockchain anyway), the optional X handle you enter, and your vote.
• If you turn on Telegram alerts, we store your Telegram chat id and the entries you follow. Send /stop to the bot to delete them.
• We use your IP address only briefly to limit abuse; we do not sell data or use advertising trackers.
• Your light/dark theme and handle are kept in your own browser.

14. Changes

We may change GOATX and these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply from the moment they are published; continuing to use the Platform means you accept them. Rounds that already ended keep the rules they ran under.
